Sometimes I think there is something broken in my relationship to #SocialMedia.

I mean, I'm OK with the #Fediverse as it is and with my place in it. I don't care, and frankly don't even want, thousands of followers. I don't care if {{ Internet celebrity name }} is here or on Bluesky or Threads or still clinging to Twitter.

I don't even care if people new to the Fedi bounce of mastodon.social and go to Bluesky/Threads instead.

And yet 'growing the Fedi' continually pops up on my timeline.
