I just remembered one of the irritating & kinda scary side-effects of quickly increasing your iron intake while anemic (ironically, the same as having far too little): dizziness. I actually had less iron yesterday than the day before (forgot to take vitamins til late evening) & yikes.
I feel like I'm in a brain fog when I sit and dizzy when I stand. Taking 3x longer to get stuff done that needs it.
Double whammy that I had no appetite the past week, so it's hitting hard today. Sucks.
