I guess the missing piece is the revenue model : Currently a publisher has no way to make money because all the #zaps go directly to the Creatives .. this works well if I am setting up a website for my own content ..but if I am acting like an editor to bring in content from a group of artists ( eg memes.npub.pro ) there is no revenue for me .. in fact there is a cost because if I am serious about publishing , I would sure have a dedicated website and in that case I will have a regular bill from Npub team ( which is fair and expected ) ..
This is kinda important because to really build and run a publication to popularity , it takes lot more than just content creation ...
