It's a good question, and yes it is technically possible, but you really shouldn't do that, for many reasons.
You would have to restore every time you switch wallet, to get to the latest state. This would be horrible for privacy and very inefficient. So don't do it ;)
The better way for syncing wallets is with something like nip-60
