No, probably just a little bite from a garden critter. When I get those, or most other blemishes, I just cut the tomato in half along the line with the holes, so as to expose whatever is there. It's usually minimal, and easy to cut off.
I do the same with splits and more severe injuries. It's amazing how good tomatoes are at healing up after damage.
