Not every man is supposed to get married. Sir Issac Newton comes to mind. Sometimes a man's life work does not include wives or children, but they can still be great.
wives are gifted by God. without them there would be no reason to live in this fallen world. they are the reason we build families and dream of having a better existence. i dont believe a man can be truly great without one. families and children are an outgrowth of that.
