While the DOD is the most famous for failing audits, other agencies fail them all the time.
There don't seem to be any consequences when they do. That being the case, what is even the point of the audits?
Seems to me, that if an agency fails it's annual audit, several somebodies should be fired and pay frozen for the entire agency, until the are able to pass.
