I've been trying to get the house fixed up and remodeled while fiat still has some modicum of value and while I'm still able to find people who are willing to work. However, it's been fantastic these past two days to not have to wake up to the loud sounds of construction work in the early AM and catch up on some much needed sleep. 😴
