- You need to have bought real estate 20+ years ago because newcomers can't afford today's houses at salaries the gov't wants to pay
- Non-performance will eventually get you fired, but superior performance won't get you that much more $
- The work is difficult & supply limited, but I once saw a mgr suggest firing an irreplicable person so the labor market isn't exactly efficient.
