I want to believe most of problems on AI models is related to bugs in all fields if hands was the only thing but no there's other stuff that can be mess. For example in a female pov view you expect to see her bikini top facing in a correct direction/wearing correctly but bam! it draws upside down. No matter if the steps aren't that high or low it keeps happening same goes if you place negatives like mismatch, error, fused ect.. it just keeps. Inpainting or manual edit can solve that. Yet this could be related to some degree with hands and the other stuff.
