You seem cool, the thing is I have a certain world picture. If it is wrong, well, I am stuck with it. Too old to reboot. So if someone rejects my world picture and wants to drag me for it... I have no reason to read it.
None of the people I blocked follow me, which I take as a data point in their incompatibility, some of which may be generational (different versions of the matrix cannot mesh). I also categorically reject the trope that if you block you lose. It assumes that you must either post super-carefully to avoid setting off shitstorms thus never need to block proving your psychohistorical powers, or that you should tolerate thousands of enemy notifications daily. I am way too lazy to avoid offending griefers, and I ain't got time to sort through enemy reacts.
