Yeah it's somewhat strange to me they didn't try to create a system where they would focus on more than a title or two but categories. Indie or small games with no physical release, re-release of limited games, and retro titles for older systems. I feel like if they put in more legwork to their selection and always had a few of each of these cycling in monthly things would have gone better. The whole "sorry you bought this item and it's been a year and we haven't sent it to you but somehow copies of it are at our brick and mortar location" shit was unforgivable.
