As far as I know, it's the only bridge. It works pretty well, the main problems are 1. Hardly anyone on the Bluesky side is using it, and 2. Bluesky has a lot of protocol limitations (short post length, and no way to edit posts!) so bridged posts are often cut off or out of date.
