I’ve occasionally made a recipe by Colleen Patrick Goudreau from about 18 years ago that I really like.. it’s nice & thick, and has liquid smoke in it which adds a great flavor. But we can’t wait to try yours! (We’ll just need to omit the coconut milk because of the fat content, but it doesn’t look like there’s enough in the recipe that we’d miss it.)
