sats and bitcoin denominations should be the same, there are no sufficient reasons to keep calling "10^8 of the only units of the bitcoin protocol" a "bitcoin".

Also, the difference is so big that pretty noone will ever be confused by the denomination... if someone asking 10000 bitcoin for a basket of fruits, then maybe its asking you 10000 bitcoin=sats.
