Back when I worked in the office pre-COVID, I rescued two "spent" grocery store orchids that a coworker threw away. I was able to get them both to flower again by cutting back the stalks a bit. Then the stalks died off and for the last 3-4 years I've tried SO MANY thing to try to get them to flower again. None worked... until now! They're both sending up new stalks! I'm so excited! The solution was SO stupidly simple: orchid-specific fertilizer.
