I think an easy solution is to implement the /.well-known/keysend/ into the feed. Then the app can look up the address there. If the /.well-known/keysend is a route to my own website, updating my address is done at one spot and updated in every single feed.
It's not without it's problems, the apps are now doing a bunch of lookups for addresses, but it is one possible route we can take.
