Had a call from a commercial real estate company that did an unsolicited “development appraisal” on our property. It’s clear they have a buyer lined up, the pitch was high pressure. There is a lot of development work going on around here. It’s certainly not ethical, and I told them where to go, but suspect I haven’t heard the last.
