"content": "No, if the GPU driver is not linked in a way that would subject the network side of the software to the AGPL terms, there is absolutely *nothing* that would stop someone from using and modifying an AGPL GPU driver and deploying it in conjunction with a network service and not offering source. The license is very, very clear that Section 13 only applies modification and cases where the AGPLed software itself is capable of network interaction.",
