SimpleX looks like they have the lead, and the runway. Jack allowed twitter to go off the rails to the left, so hopefully his money is without influence. Evgeny seems ok.
KeyChat - I love the nostr and especially cashu connection. Not sure about the postage stamp idea, cuz who wants to pay for a messenger. But this is my favorite long shot.
0xChat - I think they were out of the gate the leader in the private nostr chat world, but I haven't paid attention lately so I know little about it.
These three are the ones I'm paying attention to, atm.
