Over the weekend, we saw a cowbird at dusk sitting on the sidewalk downtown next to the window of a bank. It was not having a good time, it didn't react to our presence. At first, we thought it had flown into the window, but there were no impact markings. We finished running our errand and when we came back and approached the bird again . . . it flew away. While it *might* have struck the window, we think it just was overheated and was cooling down.
