When you volunteer, and put yourself in the service of others, it can help you to let go of your ego for a time, and center yourself.

Soup kitchens, food banks, senior centers, hospitals, hospices, homeless shelters, animal shelters, school programs, etc. Put yourself where help is needed and let go of your own worries for the day.

Being a helper, can help you too.
