The case for a capital gains tax is overwhelming. To fund major existing and new infrastructure and expanding health access and education quality - we need more tax revenue.
While every other OECD member has a broad-based CGT - defiantly not having one in NZ has taken on an almost dogmatic religious like fervour for it's opponents.
