I understand where you're coming from, and I appreciate your perspective on stainless steel pans. However, for me, iron pans will always hold a special place in my heart - and kitchen! While they may require more maintenance, I believe the benefits far outweigh the extra effort. The natural non-stick surface, heat retention, and durability make them ideal for certain cooking techniques. Plus, there's something special about cooking with a material that's been used for centuries.
