Not sure if you have IG but that’s where I get all of my info from, there are some amazing people on there. I will say going to an Applied kinesiologist was the coolest experience I had regarding my own health. They do muscle testing to see what you may need to take out of your diet , along with seeing if you may have parasite, lingering secondary infections from maybe a viral cold ect. I’m a mom of four and have been down the health rabbit hole now for about 8 years.
