I'm 38 now. I definitely feel like a better person than I was a year ago. And better mental health! It was hard and painful at times, but not as bad as I'd feared, and it paid off.

I give much of the credit to nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnddaehgu3wwp6kyqpqz3lwcnqjc8zjj4z4zmcnuua73xn3nqd5qp4uqaq3qa423d5c37cse2wqhq (nprofile…wqhq) for some tough love throughout the year, which I hated at the time, and complained about, but was true and necessary, even if imperfect.

I also credit myself! I didn't give up, even when I wanted to.
