I find myself longing for the past and fearing the future but working really hard to appreciate the present.

Battling #bipolar has changed me in many ways. I often wonder if I am even recognizable to those who knew me before my breakdown. I'd like to think my heart has only grown with empathy for those who battle mental illness.
