If you’re always on IG, remove Instagram from your phone and mute every one you follow.

If you’re always distracted by notifications, keep your phone on Do Not Disturb at all time. Remove badge /banner notifications from messages and phone, turn off previews of incoming texts. Turn off the notification that do not disturb is even on.
