Hello, anyone in Eugene and Springfield! We have a friend whose neighbor is essentially getting evicted, and who has four cats she can’t take. The local shelter is absolutely overwhelmed with cats and can’t take them as surrenders. Anyone want to foster or adopt one to four female, adult, fixed, inside cats?
