Starting today, Dutch companies with more than 100 employees need to report on how their employees travel to and from work.
This includes, for example, the number of kilometres travelled by car, broken down by fuel type. Initially, the data will be used to meet sector-wide sustainability targets. This does not yet mean that companies are obliged to make their mobility more sustainable. But the findings from these reports give a good numerical basis to do so.
