People with diabetes get so many mixed messages they often just give up on achieving control and/or reversal. There are 2 ways to to improve your A1c, either with medications or with diet. If your doctor tells you it is safe and fine to have an A1c of 7.5 that is a big Red Flag that your doctor doesn't know the latest research.
