Well... at least that behaviour is not untypical of women.
I've heard many women refuse to do weight work out of fear of instant bulking up. Which of course in their case is even more ridiculous. Now that I think of it, the TIM may well be imitating that behaviour just like they imitate everything else they think is "girly".

I HATE the "train harder" claim. It's SO stupid just on its face. I don't even have words for how much I hate it.
