i give up. i can’t go around trying out 380424 different toothpastes AGAIN. my friends are still working on using up the leftovers from the last round… and every single time i thought i had found one i got betrayed after a couple of months anyway

so i give up. it’s denttabs from now on. fucking expensive shit but it’s not like i have much of a choice.

i had a few left over from the last time and while they’re old and don’t taste great anymore, i am not itchy today and also i slept dramatically better than the past 2 weeks and my throat no longer hurts

now i have to figure out how i can organise myself a fresh pack of these…
