Watching from the side lines as to what folk think is needed or will happen when the UK's online safety act comes into action. I'm left wondering as I only have a single user snac instance am I really going to be in ofcoms sights ? If so I see Neil has made a draft document on his online safety act site for his single user instance but where would this be kept or published to ??
I have read ofcoms docs and kept up with info here but I'm totally lost and at the point of saying just jail me then, as I really do not want to stop running my own instance. This UK government seems determined to destroy or make it difficult for people to own their own data and run things like personal blogs, social instances and so on. OK that's my wee rant over but WTAF !? 🙄
