You're on to a wider problem that nostr doesn't have an effective backbone for interop. Kinds are far too loose (Kind1 is so permissive as to permit almost anything) and that means the interop backbone that nostr does have is basically all cartilage.

I think the solution is to move to a much more rigid system, replace kinds entirely. Actual bone. There are good decentralised systems out there, but it's hard to graft one on at this stage.

The only other solution is to just embrace the mystery, to see yourself as a detective in an Agatha Christie novel all the time. Which isn't a bad solution, it can be fun, but I'm not sure if everyone really wants to play mystery detective all the time.
