The Declaration of Intrinsic Rights: A Foundation for Freedom

When in the course of human activity, it becomes necessary to affirm the intrinsic and self-evident rights of all inhabitants of the planet Earth, we hereby declare:

That all inhabitants of the planet Earth are endowed with certain fundamental rights, including life, liberty, peace, the right to bodily autonomy, the right to privacy, and the right to adaptation.

That the right to autonomy and self-determination is essential to the preservation of these fundamental rights, and that all inhabitants of the planet Earth have the right to exercise agency over their own lives, economic energy, and health.

That transparency, integrity, and accountability in global and state-based banking systems are fundamental principles, and must be ensured through a decentralized, transparent, and immutable ledger that records all transactions, making them publicly accessible and tamper-proof.

That the right to privacy shall be protected and respected, and that individuals shall have control over their personal data and information, free from unwarranted surveillance, collection, or exploitation.

That the institutions of governance shall be separate from the institutions of faith, and that no faith or creed shall be imposed upon any inhabitant of the planet Earth.

That the institutions of governance shall also be separate from the institutions of commerce, and that commercial interests shall not be allowed to unduly influence, coerce, or manipulate the institutions of governance.

That all inhabitants of the planet Earth have the right to pursue knowledge and understanding via the scientific method, critical thinking, and intellectual inquiry, free from censorship, coercion, or undue influence.

We acknowledge that human economic activity is inextricably linked with ecological interdependence, and that humans are an integral part of Earth's ecological system.

It is an essential fact that the rights enumerated herein are universal and inalienable, and that the economy shall be governed in a manner that respects and upholds these rights.
