I’ve been going to physio twice a week for my back. Today, my guy did acupuncture (a new experience for me) and, when he put the needle in a particular spot, I felt like I got punched in the nerve from the inside. Wild. Afterwards, he used the machine that feels like I’m getting kneaded by a large purring cat. I like that machine.
