Leaving aside all points about policy (and I think everyone knows how I feel about that) Sunak's decision to leave France, avoid a commemoration of D-Day (which Starmer went to!) and come back *to do a recorded interview* show quite how bad at this whole politics thing he is. Truly terrible.
