I know a lot of people are upset about CLAs, but consider the following. I just had a meeting with a previous independent contractor who did digital marketing for my local pub. They are now claiming that they did not license their photography to the bar and it’s their IP so the business can’t use anything they shot. So there you go. You might be cool, but not everyone is cool. That’s why we need to be clear on licsensing 🤷🏻♀️
