It could actually make sense to me that the UI would add the reported user to the block list
There, the reporting user could optionally unblock the user, regardless of the report being deleted or not
Seems like a bug that the reported user becomes unviewalble forever without recourse
@Vitor : looked a bit at the source code but it's over my head at this stage to understand where this would fit
