I'm fascinated by how my kids learn. My oldest son picked up reading by exposure. We never did a formal reading lesson, but he knows so many words that he's at a higher grade level. All I did was read to him.

Now he's learning marksmanship. He was so excited at first that he kept missing and just wanted to fire his rifle. Once he settled down and I got him on target he was hitting right in the center.
