100%. I generally have to go 1 of 2 ways. 1.) Donate to Goodwill and write off as a charitable deduction or 2.) drop the ego and sell a $150 item for $50-75 (or a similar ratio) because it tends to sell and get cash BUT it has to be a pretty stupid good deal to keep people from flaking. It removes a lot of the b.s. but you have to be okay selling for less that its really worth.
