Hey fedi, I need your help! What the hell is this thing? It says Toshiba on one side, and Q on the other side, and it's packed in a glass body. The part I have here is about 1 cm long, and it looks like it snapped right in the middle, but I'm not completely sure.

Is it an LED? A halogen lamp of sorts (but then there isn't a cavity inside, so it's not a vacuum device)? A photo sensor?

It was nearby a box saying "Toshiba 220-50" (power source?), but I cannot guarantee it was a part of it.
