We continue with atmospheric escape with a talk from Ava Morrisey. Over time, sub Neptunes planets - all formed with their H/He envelope - split into two populations because some planets loose their atmospheres, through atmospheric escape that lasts for hours and hours after the transit.

There are only a few feasible targets because of ISM (too far from us won’t work). They focussed on the young HIP 94235 b and He I escape with CRIRES+.
