one concern is the big chunk of #btc that satoshi is sitting on. other than that it's problems with unscrupulous exchanges &/or #devs
I would not count on any hardware or software that was developed by another to be without bugs or intentionally scammy code. even with open source, who knows what's in there after it's compiled.
I would not put all my eggs in someone else's backet. i'd consider multiple baskets.
