Did you hear that Louisiana became first state to accept bitcoin lightning payments for taxes and bank of NY Mellon just got sec approval for bitcoin custody (letting the old established players get in before fintech banks like Custodia).

And this is cool, Ark is making on boarding to lightning possible without onchain transactions its augmenting lightning and improving it. Super cool.
