Not everything should be packaged as a snap. Some things aren't (currently or ever) suitable. So, I started a (wiki) page on the #snapcraft forum to try to outline what types of applications are appropriate and what might not be. Contributions and thoughts are welcome. ("Nothing should be a snap" will get you a block)
