It's full of sand, but by using a cap, it leaves a gap. If I burned flat stick to cap it, that would make it solid, but do I want totally solid? This mfer could explode, it's 12 tons pressure. I think the damage caused by the soft spot should be minimal and make a much safer situation, we will see.
