I've been less anxious this week, because on Tuesday morning I decided: Fuck it, I won't overthink things too much. And somehow it stuck. It determined that no external thing could make me anxious too easily, because I won't allow it. I'll block it, literally and metaphorically. Call it empowering, call it willpower, but it's something. I feel good in my own space now.
