Good morning, Mastodon friends! Today is cloudy and a bit foggy, with the temperature expected to hang out in the mid 30s F all day.
My husband *loves* potatoes, so my plan for holiday meals is loaded baked potato today, vegetarian shepherd's pie tomorrow (hubby will add meat to his), and a potato-and-egg dish on the 26th. As unChrismassy as these sound, I think he'll be pleased. Oh, and chocolate cake tomorrow.
